Acts 6 - Thats not the Pastor's Job?

Evangelism and saving souls? Yeah, that’s not your pastor's job. 

Ok welcome back and once again before you click away let’s talk about this. Ephesians 4:11-12 tells us 

11 Now these are the gifts Christ gave to the church: the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, and the pastors and teachers. 12 Their responsibility is to equip God’s people to do his work and build up the church, the body of Christ. 

 So if the purpose of church leaders is to equip the body to do the work… so if we are the body… what work are we doing?
